Hey, Trump golf club, what's this cursed vegetable tube on your menu?

I would like 17-20 corns with a microgreen spliff, please.

On Monday, the Trump National Golf Club in the Hudson Valley tweeted an image of a dish that is apparently available at the resort. No one knows what the dish is, exactly, but I'll say this: It does not look like it would fill you up.

A few attempts at identification: We've got a wrap of some kind — a tortilla? vermicelli situation? a thinly sliced root vegetable — filled with microgreens, perhaps pea shoots. We've got four cherry tomato halves on top of that. In front of the tube, we've got a mustard-y yellow sauce (this could be good, as many yellow sauces are good) dotted with kernels of corn. Behind the tube, there's a decorative twist. A plantain? A cracker? I don't know!

The photo is captioned: "When your Mom said 'eat your vegetables', we heard her loud and clear!"

I am not going to show it to my mom.

Honestly, the dish could be really good. I have not tried it, and unfortunately cannot travel to the Hudson Valley and do so today. But you gotta admit, the whole "paper towel tube filled with grass" vibe is bound to throw people off.

1. this looks like something they’d serve you on a budget airline that only flies between Newark and Hell

2. stop illegally surveilling my mom what the fuck https://t.co/gawQnnBR8I

What is this? What is it supposed to be? Some pea shoots wrapped in what, celery root, with not even a full sliced cherry tomato, plopped onto a puddle of mayonnaise and then topped with a couple kernels of canned corn? Not even the most desperate vegetarian would eat this. pic.twitter.com/fIFTHlsSDF

Also, how do you eat the corn? Just with a spoon in, like, one bite? God, I'm going to think about this forever, aren't I?

Mashable has reached out to the club regarding the food's identity and will update if we hear back.
