An Exclusive Interview with Israeli Influencer Yakir Peace
Yakir Peace is an established Israeli businessman and “influencer” who has operated in numerous sectors and continues to grow his success through determination and recognizing the importance of having a large international network of friends
Yakir is well-known locally and globally in the different sectors wherein he conducts business. This includes advertising, information security, online tickets, and real estate. His passion for business and his perseverance means that the opportunities are endless for him to grow and expand exponentially. His desire for success became apparent when he was young, and this determination has manifested in a big way. He was born in 1992, and ever since he’s been able to, he was grabbing opportunities at every turn.
Here we find out more about what prompted him to become an entrepreneur, why versatility in business matters, tips that he can give to other young entrepreneurs like him, and how he feels to have this success at only 28 years of age.
“All my life I wanted to be very successful as a freelancer. I was born in 1992 in Israel and I have always been determined. I wanted to succeed, and knew that I had to do whatever was necessary so that I could achieve my goals. I had to persevere even when things got difficult. I tried to stay versatile – never focusing too much on one passion; rather than broadening my horizon and learning as much as possible about different fields. I decided to always keep learning and expanding my skill sets – I knew that this would set me apart from others.”
2. You have businesses in many different sectors. Why is it important to be versatile in business and how do you do it?
“The first step is to make international connections with serious people; after that everything is easier. Making sure that you aren’t confined to one sector is very important, as it ensures success in one area where others might undergo temporary losses. I am not the only one who tries to operate business in different industries, and it is becoming more and more popular. Those who succeed now try to work with many passions, instead of just one. I operate my businesses in numerous industries including advertising, information security, online tickets, and real estate. These are all very different fields, but my dedication to all them is essential to making them successes.”
3. What business advice could you give to young entrepreneurs, like yourself, who have many passions?
“Opportunity comes and you should take it with both hands. Always be open to something new and making connections with different people. These relationships will be integral to the success and expansion of your business. You must be willing to learn from these leaders so that you can also be like them in the future. It’s also important to remember where you come from and what you stand for – I support women’s rights and I try to alleviate some of the suffering of poor families in Israel.”
4. What is it like to be so successful at such a relatively young age?
“This is very flattering to me. I feel like I have done what I was always meant to – I always wanted to be successful as a freelancer and to know that I accomplished it so early is a great feeling. I know that I worked hard, and now I want others to know that they can also do it.”
Yakir Peace shows humility in his success, and perseverance seems integral to his personality. There is no doubt that he will continue to succeed in whichever industry he chooses because he believes that he can do it. Faith and trust, not only in himself, but with those he surrounds himself will prove very useful in his future success. There is a lot that we can learn from others, especially those who are good leaders, and he has become one of them. He believes in learning from leaders, and in his humility, has not realized that he has become exactly that person worth studying.
