After many years I finally found out I cannot have gluten in my diet anymore due to Lectin Intolerance. Having a diet in the past that was rich with carbs with lectins I have to admit it's not too bad being gluten lectin free especially when our friend Collette shared this amazing recipe for "Gluten Free High Protein Pancakes" with us. They taste so amazing and so good for you I just had to share with everyone. We have them in the Rea household just about every weekend.

Protein is important for us because this will give us the energy that we need. There are physical activities that will require us some physical strength and that is normal. We should eat the right foods for us to be strong and so that we will have that drive to exceed our limit. I know that it will be worth the wait. Let us not give up no matter how hard life is. It will be a great reliever for us if we will read and prepare these high protein pancakes meal.
