Didit Acquires Print Digital Plus http://bit.ly/2RhTxUy Didit is purchasing New York-based marketing agency Print Digital Plus (PDP) to expand the full service agency's expertise in large format printing. Financial terms were not disclosed. The 13-year-old PDP’s capabilities include personalized digital printing, personalized print marketing, creative services, cross media marketing, web and mobile services as well as offset printing and mailing. This deal marks Didit's 11th acquisition in six years as the agency — founded in 1996 — bolsters both its service offerings and footprint, now hosting offices in Manhattan, Long Island, and Waltham, Massachusetts, as a result of its acquisition spree. "Our strategy is that we can move the needle for clients by being full service across paid media, earned media and creative/strategy," says executive chairman Kevin Lee. "When we make an acquisition, existing clients of the acquired company become more efficient across marketing channels and media types," he says. advertisement advertisement Under this current acquisition, PDP will continue to operate under its own name but will move offices to Didit's direct mail location in Plainview, NY. Rob Wilner, owner of PDP, will continue to lead his team under the title of vice president. Despite its array of deal making over the past few years Lee isn't worried about any potential culture clashes or expanding too rapidly. "You only see the deals we do, not the deals we pass on," he says, adding some of the transactions take years to close. "Like dating and marriage success in M&A takes work, and the objective is to make it work if at all possible, sometimes it's hard, and that's OK."
