Chase Is Seeking To Simplify The Customer Experience http://ift.tt/2FUXcyo Chase Is Seeking To Simplify The Customer ExperienceThe Everyday Express locations seek to eventually act as the banking version of Apple's Genius Bar Chase has created new Everyday Express locations designed to help customers perform simple actions far quicker than if they were at a traditional branch location, according to Digiday. These actions include performing a withdrawal or deposit, making a bank transfer and opening an account. The location will have multiple iPads connected to Chase’s mobile website and any questions on how to use these services can be answered by a nearby Chase banker. If a customer comes in with more difficult inquiries, such as setting up a home loan, they will be redirected to a video conference room where they can speak to a Chase banker or they will be sent to the closest Chase bank location to get started. In the future, Chase imagines these locations acting similarly to Apple’s Genius Bar where customers can come in to receive long-term financial advice regarding their accounts.
