Bluetooth Ring Tracks Vital Signs 24/7 http://ift.tt/2rnp6LA Bluetooth Ring Tracks Vital Signs 24/7The OURA provides important feedback based on the wearer's vitals tracked throughout the day, during exercises, and while they sleep A new wearable ring called OURA tracks a wearer’s vital statistic throughout the day and night, informing them of how their daily activities affect their sleep and vice versa. The developers made it comfortable enough to keep on during the day and night so it doesn’t interfere with physical activities, such as biking, swimming, climbing and yoga. If a user experiences a night of poor sleep, the application sends a notification to them recommending they take it easy the following day to accommodate for this. After an exercise routine, the ring informs the wearer of the health benefits they have received from their activity. With increased use, the OURA provides a wearer with additional health information about how to increase exercise performance and keep a balance each day. The OURA battery runs for three days without needing to be charged. All of these statistics compile into a companion application that the wearer can access from their smartphone.
